Cancellation Policy

Security Consulting & Assessment Service Policy North America Security Associates LLC Service Request & Payment: Security assessment services must be purchased and paid for through our website before the service request is accepted. Submission of a request does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time. Scheduling: After payment and receipt of the required information, North America Security Associates LLC will contact the client to coordinate and schedule the assessment at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Client Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their property, facility, security concerns, and requested assessment services. Additional information may be requested before the assessment is scheduled. Scope of Services: The assessment will be conducted based on the service level selected by the client and the information provided. Recommendations are intended to identify potential security concerns and opportunities for improvement. An assessment does not guarantee the prevention of crime, loss, unauthorized access, or other security incidents. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation and refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable service's cancellation and refund terms. Service Availability: Purchasing an assessment does not establish an ongoing security consulting relationship unless additional services are separately agreed upon by the client and North America Security Associates LLC. Client Acknowledgment: By purchasing a security assessment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to this policy and authorize North America Security Associates LLC to contact them regarding scheduling and delivery of the purchased service.
